THE BRIEF

The client brief was to redesign the workers cottage to provide a more comfortable family home. This was achieved by building in underneath to provide dining and lounge areas, a new kitchen, a laundry / shower facility and a double garage. Upstairs was reconfigured to provide sleeping accommodation with a small lounge area.
