THE BRIEF

This building is as yet an un-built project. The client brief was for a four bedroom house with a double garage and good sized deck for entertaining that complied with the covenants for “Cotton Ridge” development. This design complied with the exception of the roof pitch which was approved by the “Design Review Panel” for the development.
